Wilmington NC is somewhat like this. Oh we have spring.
A terribly moody, almost psychotic spring that switches from frigid winter to ZOMGHEAT to windy perfect spring days and around and back again it goes.
Fall gets like that too but with thunderstorms thrown in for added razzle-dazzle.
