This is just part of the main reference but here's my new boy Jackie. Hi species is a mixture of things, the height and large tail are roo, and the canine aspects are from jackal/ dingo dongo (Dingo Dongo's are the weird hounds from Riddick). I put a little more thought into this guy then I meant to but ah well.

Bio: Jackson is a 22 year old man who runs an Animal Rescue/ Adoption center called "Furreedom Fighters". He's adopted 5 of the animals he's saved from abusive house holds and from being abandoned, and the bond he has with these 5 are very strong. When it comes to naming his pets, he tends to name them after their favorite treat, or whatever food he's thinking of eating.

He loves his babies more than anything and they come first. If you hurt an animal or someone else, next thing you'll see is a fist to the face.

Other than that, Jack is a very go with the flow person. He's got a punk rock style, lives alone in his "bachelor pad" aka, an office on the second floor of the shelter headquarters. His sexuality is a bit of a mess, he doesn't put in much effort to care for himself and hasn't really sat to think about it. He's definitely gay, but won't admit it. He once went out of his way to date his friend Chelsea from his old job he thought was cool, and ended up backing out after realizing he didn't really dig her and she wanted more, the two now instead good friends and she volunteers at the shelter, she's normally poking fun at how he'll check out cute guys when folk come in to adopt.

As far as relatives go, to his knowledge he's an only child by blood, he ran away from home when he was 10. Having a dad from the military who was never home, and a stay at home abusive mother, he needed to get out. He lived on the streets for a short while, and eventually was taken in by his current mom named Crystal, a mother of two other children. She gave him a fresh start at his life, taught him self defense, how to cook, some basic sewing, home schooled him, and once he had a stable job and a grasp on life, he moved out into a friends house at 18. Picked up a job at a local bar, saved up his cash for 2 years, and then started the construction for his shelter (and new home). ((Just cause he doesn't like something, doesn't mean he hate's it.))
