And this will be the Elibean Fire Dragon. I had Lina Inverse on my mind when I was writing her statistics.

• Biography: Apophis is a fire dragon that was born on the continent of Elibe. She was only a little girl before the scouring, and was already 900 when it started. She took part in the fight for a while, but began to question if the war was necessary. She soon began to scamper off the battlefield, leaving her fellow fire dragons to fend for themselves. With nowhere to go, she learned of the sanctuary Arcadia and decided to seek refuge there. At first, she thought she wouldn’t be accepted, but after the people learned of her intentions just to settle down and not cause any harm, she was allowed in. Unfortunately, she was found by one of her fellow Fire Dragons and attacked, escaping with only two scars on her face. The fire dragon was done in by one of the Eight Generals, but spared Apophis. She was even spared when the Ending Winter loomed and she was forced to take on a human guise. She, along with Medreth and Chiaki, were spared from banishment and assisted in the restoration of the continent of Elibe. She hopes that her kind can find peace with the humans again one day. In the Disturbance of Bern, she was approached by Jahn who asked for her cooperation in fighting off the Lycian forces. She angrily refused, stating that she will never work with the fire dragons that scarred her for life, ever again and left. When Idenn was freed from what happened to her during the scouring, she and Medreth, and Chiaki moved from Elibe, finding refuge in another realm. Here, she quickly became friends with Aglaia, the Arachnean ½ Fire Dragon as soon as she and her fellow Elibean manaketes were welcomed in the same home they live in. While Apophis is just as kind & loving as Aglaia is, Apophis is a pure blooded fire dragon and is therefore dangerously temperamental. She would no sooner scorch the first person that treated her badly than let them admit they’re sorry, as those who push her too far, often have very short futures. But her rampage often ends faster than they start thanks to Medreth’s advice, and Aglaia’s promise that there are nicer people. Likes her meat well done.
• Abilities: Apophis carries her firestone wherever she travels and it’s this stone that helps her transform into her fire dragon form. Whereas Aglaia’s wings are already in place, Apophis has to ignite hers. Her human form is pretty strong as she can pick up a crate of bricks and throw it at others without any fatigue whatsoever. She even has some skill at swordplay and is often seen with a sword on her hip. This sword, a Killing Edge, was gifted to her by a Nomad before she left Elibe. In her dragon form, she has a devastating fire breath that is able to burn down huge areas of land, and can even melt even the toughest buildings. Her claws are also worth writing home about as they can cut glass without breaking it, and her fangs in dragon form have the bite force of 10 Salt Water Crocodiles.
