So I haven't been posting much for a while. I started doodling this a bit today and got the idea to draw an environmental piece. The picture displays a handicapped man waiting outside the tunnels used to bus workers from the ghettos into the city. All workers from outside the city are kept separate at all times from the rest of the cities inhabitants via radiation proof barriers and armed guards in hazmat suits. The guard here knows why this man is here. When the workers get back no doubt he'll try to beg for a tin of food or some water. Normally that guard would shew off the beggar, it would set a dangerous president to allow people to sit around outside the tunnel ready to try and take peoples hard earned food. But this beggar was a former government employee, after losing his arm he lost his job. In light of this, a sympathetic guard allows him to stay where he is for now.
