Yeah, it definitely sounds like they'd be good friends. ^^ BB tends to act like a snobby, arrogant, and almost delusional artist, but she also comes from a more reserved and down to earth upbringing with Sorceress Bast, so she'll recognize and respect others like herself.
Vanessa tends to act like a sarcastic sadist who doesn't really care about her victims, and who would use magic for anything, but in truth she's a bit of a broken soul, having been labeled a monster and a freak for so long that she lashes out at the world before it lashes at her. But a new friend would make her happier.
