Not big into ASMR but I'm very big into hypnosys and for audio I hear they are much the same. Could use the words right now so I'll check it out, maybe download it and slip it into my hypnosis playlist for when I fall asleep tonight.

Everyone needs to take special care of themselves and each other right now.

However, this doesn't mean hiding away. We need more than ever to use as much of our energy as we can to battle current and impending injustices. You are absolutely right in saying that we have an opportunity to build friendships and alliances. Unity is especially important right now. We must realize the connections between all of our struggles and refuse to be divided, a primary tool of oppressors.

We have serious and difficult work ahead of us, but giving up, or even just neglecting to stand up hands evil a win.

We are many, and they are few. In spite of their current stranglehold on the bulk of resources and political power, we can ultimately win if we all stand together and continue to fight for justice for all.

The people have the power! We must take it!

This is absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for your positivity! I definitely agree with your advice especially about distracting yourself with funny videos etc. because often a change in mindset is all you need and anything that can help you do that is great.
