Oh no, sir. We prefer doing things our own way.

I don't care what the critics say! They look at everything from a critical point of view. "This is like this and that is sub-par by this standard. All-in-all this game is crap because it's been done before"
What matters to me is what the players say. I love the game, and yes the co-pilot feature is a lot of fun. My mate and I did that to the last level and stopped for some reason... just finished it tonight. Loads of fun but Andross was friggin hard!

I do think the chicken walker hurt it, because of how silly it looks(I think it's supposed to be a Crane, which fits more when doing it in Japan rather than outside), especially when, on that next to last mission the Wolf squad gets...well wolves that look pretty awesome. Mind, we only had a bit of trouble with him, and that mostly came down to trying to keep moving, as the arena you fight him in is just a bit too small to make the mechanics work.
Agreed. I think we would have done great with a different colored canine-like mech for the sake of visuals. Also, I thought it looked a bit like a velociraptor but meh. Yea, the arena was a bit small and the DPS needed to make him flinch was a bit unworldly with the regular laser and difficult with twin. I'm glad I had Hypers going in, even though I lost them on the second hand. Thankfully I hadn't collected the laser upgrade before then so I was able to regain hypers and finally win
Indeed, we kept our's throughout thanks to me flying and him shooting, so we could dodge and fire together. About the hardest part was that ground pound attack of his, which I kept having trouble with. Still, we got him on the first try, which means he was, at the end of the day, a fair sight easier than the original N64 version.
