You thought swine flu was bad? Spoink flu is way worse.
Think about this for a moment. Everyone knows that one of the best things you can do when you're sick is to get plenty of rest.
Spoinks constantly bounce up & down on their tails to keep their hearts pumping. If they stopped, their hearts would stop beating & they would die. That means that if they were to ever get sick, they can't stop to rest so they're pretty much fucked.
Swine flu does not have a 100% fatality rate. At the time of writing this, out of the 517 confirmed cases of swine flu during this outbreak, only about 13 deaths have been confirmed. Compare this to the incredibly high fatality rate in Spoink flu (almost every Spoink who gets it dies) &... well yeah.
So the next time you turn on CNN & listen to the newscasters blow the entire situation out of proportion... please think of the Spoinks...
