Yeah, people just don't like it. The annoying bit is that they don't know why, so they just leave it at 'its not good' without being constructive at all. But yeah, it's just to static. No about of detail could fix that.
I tried to distract from the fundamentals, buuut it would seem all of the detail went wasted. Next time I think I should just stick to my guns when it comes to setting a scene.

& if you handed me the last WIP you showed me I'd say it was worth the money ;)

personally i preferred the first version of this rather than the light one. I think you did an amazing job on it, you got such a gorgeous lively sheen to the fur and the expressions were lovely. The males pose was a bit stiff but that's all i could fault you on. Please dont take really harsh critism to heart, you cant please everyone all of the time. You did a great job on it, you tried your best and anyone who says otherwise should've realised that you poured as much of your talent into this. You tried your best and you couldnt do anymore. Please do not try to dwell on a setback otherwise it'll affect your current work <333 I've seen that you've gotten pretty depressed about the crit said to you, but if you carry on dwelling on it you're going to push other potential clients away. So let it go and get on with some even better kickass arts! :3

I am in no way depressed, and I haven't stopped working on my other art.
The thing slowing me down right now is study ;) I have tones of school work, and that comes first.
