The wizard walked up to her and placed his hand on her shoulder. "Why are you weeping?"

Claudia looked up to the wizard with tears still in her eyes. "I-I'm a monster!! a Bloodthirsty BEAST!!"

The wizard only chuckled. "You're hardly bloodthirsty, my child, I'm familiar with most species of Chimera and you look more like an herbivore to me..."

"I'm... I'm a plant eater?"

"Well let me ask you this... If you had the choice, which would you choose... Salad or Steak?"

"Claudia thought about it for a minute and said plainly. "I'd probably have a salad."

"I gathered that... I can't offer you much.... but You're welcome to stay here with me. I have a few servants who i'm sure would be willing to help you with your... um... Condition..."

Claudia blushed and nodded. I guess i can stay here for a bit... but what about my world?"
The wizard smiled and stroked his beard. "I have just the thing..."

He went over to the bookshelf and pulled out a small box. He opened the box and produced a pair of small crystals. He handed her the first crystal.
"This crystal will allow you to return here even after you've returned to your world." he handed the second stone over to her. "And this one will restore your clothing when you change between your human and current forms..."

"Wait... I'm not stuck like this?"

The wizard only smiled at her. "Oh heavens no... While this has become your prominent form, you can change back into a human for a period of time, but you will eventually turn back into your current form."

She looked at her feet and sighed.

The wizard gave her head a pat and said, "Hey, no worries, You'll be well looked after here. Come on, let's get you cleaned up..."
She nodded and walked off with him.
