Aw, that was so cute. Charlie showing emotions in such odd or adorable ways is just so sweet. And, he's forgetting that if Penny Ling votes with him, it would be a 3-2 vote, at best. And, if he cuts the votes in half, that would mean it would either be a 2-2 tie...OR it would be 2-1 and Charlie/Penny Ling's target leaves. Who knows? It's unclear how it would work. Only I know.

But, that was cute~

I was putting myself in there as well when I did that. I was genuinely saddened by the whole performance, and I truly wish I could have talked to Spencer more.
