After shrinking back to normal, getting clean and putting on new clothes, Fronstek-as-Shift and Julius went to the airport.
"I just thought of something," whispered Frontsek. "You told him about my little secret?"
"Yeah, and I showed him a photo of the real you," admitted Julius. "I don't like to keep secrets from him."
"Too bad. It'd have been fun to pull the surprise on him."
They didn't say more, for the plane's passengers were now invading the airport.
They quickly saw an 8-years-old boar with the hair in a small knot.
"Simon! Over here!"
The kid quickly rushed in his father's arms.
"Hey kiddo! Got a nice journey?"
"Yeah, thanks dad," replied Simon.
He then looked at Shift.
"Whoa. You're really huge!"
"Yeah, I often get that," chuckled Frontsek.
"And you're strong too?"
"Wanna see a demonstration? Julius, hoist him on your shoulders."
Although he was surprised, Julius obeyed.
And Frontsek then hoisted Julius on his own shoulders, carrying the father and son without any trouble.
"So? You got your answer, kiddo?"
Simon's only answer was to cheer.
"I think he adopted you," smiled Julius.
Frontsek just laughed happily and boisterously.
And the unusual but happy blended family went home.
