This was actually the first skull I ever found, and it's been waiting for a project that would bring out how lovely I've always thought it was. I'm not honestly sure what sort of critter this guy belongs too, except it is distinctly a rodent. It's always looked much wider and flatter than the rat skulls I have.

Unfortunately I used a little too much glue while mounting the backing and it resulted in the staining near the top. Next time, I will be sure to be a touch more careful :>
