No, she used the pocket watch that's hanging off her thigh to hypnotize him. The collar is just a gift/symbol of ownership. I wrote a short story that gives the picture context, I just haven't been able to upload it myself yet. I also wanna make a few revisions first as well.

Basically they've known each other for a long time. He has feelings for her, but doesn't have the courage to tell her. She's known how he feels for a while though and uses hypnosis to confess how she has feelings for him too, and that she wants him to be hers.

Aha, alright. I see. :3 That's quite sweet and yet a little sad because their courage was insufficient.

Yis, I guess you could say it was a way for her to temporarily help him overcome his shyness in that regard. Because she brought him into a state of mind where he doesn't care about his shyness and fears, and has established in his mind that he is safe and that everything will be okay because she loves him too. ^^
