And I'd say about double what she has in the meat bit would be her maximum, since her belly would squish it down, but probably be too strong to let anything more in xD

It'd be very hard to convince her to let you out, since she loves food, but it's not impossible!
And since the enhancements are in the muscle, it wouldn't look any different than a normal belly, but you would definitely be able to feel the difference with how strong it was!
