Hell I believe. I can't be sure though.
This image is part of my continuing series to get Krat and Zanity to pay more attention to me. :( As well as Day-Glo photoshop background colors? I don't know what possessed me to do that, but it took much longer than such a thing ever should.
And yes, that is a steroid needle.
And yes, that last image is supposed to look vaguely reminiscent of
SamanthaWeltzin's art, though it TITALLY doesn't. I say 'titally' because I meant to say 'totally,' but misspelled the latter word TWICE while writing this description, including once in an attempt to spell the other word correctly. So it deserved it's space up here with you all.

I KNEW I had seen an anime that looked like that! Yu-Gi-Oh!...! Thank you Tristan, that was killing me! >.<'
And no, that occurred to me while I was drawing this that such a thing may happen. But that face just popped into my head and I couldn't help drawing it. I dunno, apparently 'Good-Looking' links to 'Sylvester Stalone' in my head for some reason. Such a concept is actually kind of concerning and worries me a fair bit. :<

Have you ever considered scanning your inks as really big (like 600 dpi) bitmap files and then converting them to grayscale (or color!) for resizing and posting? I think it would make your line art look really nice and black and lovely.
ps your buttchin is handsome as can be.

Basically, you'd be scanning your stuff as GIANT resolution images (which is what the dpi number denotes) where the only possible colors are black and white (bitmap). Up close, it looks all pixellated, but if you convert the picture to allow gray tones in photoshop and then resize it, it should look just perfect.
Using your VOTC thing as an example, I fiddled with the levels a little and came up with this version of it. It just makes the blacks look very rich and gets rid of marker strokes and stuff.
What kind of scanner/scanner software do you use? I know this can be kind of confusing, but I can help a little more if you like :V

Hey that does look pretty nifty! I remember now that I tried doing that a while ago, but I felt I lost too many details... However it is much better than what I am uploading now. Perhaps I'll try tinkering with that method again once I get a new scanner. However I don't think much I do now is going to hide my inferior and broken technology. u.u' Thank you for the suggestion, though! I will definitely fool around bitmapping more.
I dunno... he did kill quiet a few folks in rather nasty over the top ways...
