Yup, I can confirm this, after several hours of research done with other, most noble people in this world, it is, indeed, AN EYE doodled by you, Caraid.
And the mentioned eye looks astonishing, even though you claim it is just a doodle, but in my opinion I would call it a detailed sketch of an eye.

It still doesn't make me feel a whole lot better though, seeing a doodle that is 1,000x more impressive than anything I could possibly make with all of the time and skill at my disposal.
But such is being an artist. Forever will you be envious of those you perceive as being better than you.

In fairness it has taken me a very long time to get to a point where I can casually doodle something like this in 30 minutes ;).
And yes. It doesn't matter what skill level you are, there will always be plenty of people left for you to look up to. Which is good, keeps me motivated!

Indeed. I know of the time and dedication it takes to get to where you are now.
I don't blame a "lack of talent" or any other such nonsense for my inability to create amazing art. And I am confident that I will get there someday. It can just feel a bit... insurmountable at times.
But I need only look through one of my old sketch books to remind myself of just how quickly I'm improving.
