your point of view and the horizon of the image is on the level of her belly looking slightly upwards at her butt since you ( the viewer) is supposed to be smaller than Haru , ofcourse you gonna see the belly from this perspective . and if this explanation doesnt helps you : she´s abit chubby because she eats people. ;>
