Chikorita is my absolute favorite starter in all of Pokemon. I am generally drawn to the Grass-Type starters but Chikorita is my Number 1.
This picture was both easy and hard at the same time. Easy in the sense that I was able to finish it in a day but hard because I just COULD NOT get Chikorita's eyes to look right for the longest time. Also the background might be a bit lazy so I apologize for that.
