Oh, something that isn't a commission!
This was done to be a print for the MCC in Leipzig, Germany, this March.

The dragon Yevaud from the Earthsea saga sitting on Pendor with his fat and old dragon ass.
I think he wasn't golden in the books, but I enjoy painting with yellow and gold and it's a nice contrast to the blue sky and sea :D And he looks like the sun.

It was fun drawing a dragon again that isn't someones character and therefore not having to make him anthropomorphic as it seems to be usual these days - I mean there is an 'usual style' for dragons in the fandom, which kinda bugs me.
I want to do a painting with Kalessin, too. But painting a black dragon didn't appeal to me as much as it did with this golden lizard here!
