I love collars. There's a place called collar factory.com where I had one made once :) super sturdy. Nether the less, if it makes you happy then it's a good collar

I like the medical look, myself. The off-white canvas and light brown padded cuffs that can be put on soooo tight and still remain comfortable. :D
