Here they where again now.

Once again the owner of the three bickering pets (Miss Figgs) had to go visit another place for a "Business Opportunity", and just like last time she had not managed to find any suitable person to watch over the pets while she was gone, so they just had to come with her.

Ferdinand remember all to well that previous business travel that he did (As it had ended with him becoming a giant cinnamon bun of a dog!), and he was already dreading on what kinds of agony and pain would be awaiting him this time! (As he basically knew that it was bound to happen no matter what.)

This time the place to visit was a factory that was making hydraulic presses to...well, press stuff.

The owner of the place was a Finnish man named Lauri, who along with his wife Anni greeted the rich lady and her three pets as they all went along to start with the tour of the place.

It was a bit clear during the tour that English wasn't Lauri's first language (As he just used very simple terms to describe his whole industry with words like "We make many presses." and "The presses will press stuff until they are like pancakes!", with a very thick Finnish accent.), but still Miss Figgs seemed pretty pleased with everything as the group continued on.

That's when Tom and Jerry decided to make their own "detour" to look around a bit, and Ferdinand (Always putting himself as the "Voice of reason" in it all) knew he had to follow after them and hope they wouldn't cause any problems at the factory!

He could see how the cat and mouse was having tons of fun using the many presses to crush and flat all kinds of object laying around, and he knew he needed to get there quickly before they might hurt themselves!

But as Ferdinand tried to get over there on his skateboard as quickly as possible he didn't stop a big piece of scarp from one of the many crushed items, that pinned itself into one of the front wheels and caused the skateboard to suddenly stop, and make the fat dog on top of the continue flying foward!

Tumbling onto his back Ferdinand felt that he was laying in what looked like some shallow bowl that was almost deep enough to hold him, and when looking up his heart almost stopped in pure shock.

He was right under a gigantic hydraulic press, and the bowl he was laying in seemed to be some kind of mould for the stuff getting pressed to be formed inside!

While on his back the obese dog then saw how the big pressed seemed to have become activated from Ferdinand laying in the moulder, and was now starting to come down towards him!

Panicking Ferdinand tried to get a grip with his short stubby limbs, and could at the moment only have his arms pushing him up from behind.

And while Tom and Jerry wanted to try and help him out of this there was sadly nothing they could do about, as there was no stop switch in sight and if they tried to get in they might end up getting squashed before they could pull Ferdinand out.

Jerking himself back and forward trying to rock himself out of the form Ferdinand only managed to end up balancing on his two back feet before having the big press touching his head!

Pressing his fat arms up to try and stop the thing Ferdinand let out a small whine in panic as he could feel himself getting pressed together, and soon disappearing completely under the powerful weight!

Tom and Jerry rushed over in pure shock and disbelief as the otherwise always surviving dog now seemed to have end up gone for good.

That is until they heard the sound of something still moving under the big press, and upon having the thing finally going back up they couldn't believe what they found under it.

Thanks to Ferdinand's pose when getting flatted he had been ending up getting both his arms, legs (And even head!) completely pushed back deep inside his fat middle, and that had now resulted in him looking like just a giant furball of pure fat and flesh! (With even the collar around his neck now having popped off and was now laying next to him on the floor.

Rolling him out of the pressing moulder the cat and mouse didn't know what to do now when all of Ferdinand's limbs and head had been forced so deeply into himself that the only thing being seen was some dots that was pulling the surrounding body closer into them. (And if it wasn't for the doggie's tail still being out and waving they wouldn't even have been able to tell what was up and down at him.)

For Ferdinand this was a very...weird experience.

He had always known to be very fat, but to now have all of his extra fat being the only thing he could see and feel truly was like reaching a whole new level of obesity!

In one way it actually felt quite nice, as he could feel it all rubbing up against his face, and it felt pretty soft and warm to touch.

But in another way he also felt more trapped by himself then ever before, as the only glimmer of light he could see from his limited opening felt so far away, that it might as well be just a star in another galaxy.

It really helped put things in perspective for him.

It made him wonder if this was all suppose to be a big sign for him?

That maybe he is just letting himself get more and more trapped the fatter he gets?

If he ever manages to get free again then maybe putting himself on a diet should be the best call?

In the meantime outside Tom was rolling the big ball Ferdinand around while carrying his skateboard under his arm, and Jerry was carrying onto the dog's collar as they both wondered how to explain to Miss Figgs what had happen to her dog.

Just at that moment there was a strange rumble happening from inside the Ferdinand ball, as suddenly all four limbs and head popped back out one after one, and Ferdinand as they knew him was back laying on his big belly onto the floor!

Tom and Jerry felt pretty relieved over seeing that their friend wasn't doomed to live the rest of his life as a ball (Plus having to avoid trouble with their owner), as Tom helped him back onto his skateboard for support and Jerry put his collar back on.

When cathing up with the tour again they just so happen to be at the very end of it, and upon looking down at her pets all Miss Figgs saw was three well behaved little ones, that had been standing right next to her this entire time. (Or so she would be left to believe.)

Feeling extra proud over especially Ferdinand's good behaviour (And not causing some kind of mess like at the other factory) she decided to "reward" he nice doggie with a bit of cake that she took from their visit to the cafeteria area.

Ferdinand was a bit unsure at first to eat it, but since going against his own owner was a big no, no he decided to swallow his promises. (And the cake.)

Eating it up the sugary goodness reminded him once again why he loved this kind of food so much, and all those thoughts before on trying to lose his weight just seemed to disappear.

He could always start his diet "tomorrow" if he wanted to.
