At some point, yes. But it won't be soon! I've still got a few outstanding to get through before I'll be ready for more :)

Though, to be fair, touch interfaces (and holo-touch even more so) are not practical for controlling real world equipment. Because tactile feedback. And a little shake may cause you to swipe through the buttons you never intended to press.

Ha, totally agree. Dashboard of Tesla model 3 will turn out to be deadly. It takes 3 seconds to stare at the touchscreen searching for the right button, and bam!

But I'm yet to see a futuristic UI that's good on tactile feedback.

A good approach would be to integrate tiny pressure actuators in VR gloves, so your fingertips and palms can artificially sense the holographic widgets.
