PS I had actually "finished" this and took what I thought would be the debut photos before realizing that from this angle before he looked very stern, if not downright mean, so I did some surgery (cut open the skin, peeled it back, cut away at the foam frame) and managed to soften the expression down to what you see here so he does not look downright >:[ from this angle, not exactly cheerful from the front but at least he won't scare the kiddies.

I like the shape of the head, really good job on the lines and curves.
I'm not a fan of the real antlers though, as they are disproportional to the size of the head. I get their small size is due to weight.... But foam and velvet or some other synthetic materials might have proven to be lighter weight and thus be able to be more in proportion overall.
