Despite consuming large quantities of empty calories on a daily basis, Buttercream's hyperactivity and metabolism has managed to keep her relatively small, at least when compared to other like Penny Ling or fellow Sweet Delights owner Sugar Sprinkles. Nonetheless she's managed to accrue quite a bit of bunny blubber, mostly on her hips and butt. Fortunately she has also gained the ability to navigate through the sweet shop without knocking over all of the displays.
