This head fits 21-22" comfortably and 23" snuggly. Fully lined, zippered back, slightly bendable ears, following eyes, great vision ventilation.

Thank you for saying so! For the eye lining I glue minky and or felt down to plastic sewing card (that plastic mesh with square holes in it) and or any type of thick backed plastic before I cut it out. Honeslty I feel like this set of eyes are finally the ones where I've finally gotten the hang of making good following ones.
