Rounding up my manakete set is one of the continent of Magvel: Trilsi. I went with a Shantae approach on this one.

• Biography: Trilsi is a member of Magvel’s Dragon tribe born sometime before the 1st conquest of the Demon King Fomortiis. When she was only 1,000, both of her parents were slain at the hands of the Demon King herself, and she herself would’ve been next if she hadn’t fled the scene. In a run in with an Entombed, she wound up scarred around her left eye, but her eye remained intact. After the Demon King was sealed, she, like Myrrh, was found and taken in by the Great Dragon Morva. It soon dawns on Morva that Trilsi was born with a defect that whenever she takes on her human guise, her wings do not remain visible. Instead, her tail remains on occasion, but soon deduced that it must not have been a defect at all. 8 centuries later, and three years before the war of the stones, Trilsi had a chance encounter with Valter who was out slaying enemies with no regard for his allies either. Trilsi fled for her life, but the mad man was on her heels. She was almost killed when she was corner, but was saved at the last minute when soldiers apprehended Valter. This event left Trilsi terribly traumatized, so much that she has nightmares again, and again. Fortunately, she was able to rid herself of her PTSD born from that chance encounter and assist in the War of the Stones more freely now that she wasn’t suffering from her nightmares anymore. When the war was over, she moved from Magvel to see the outside world, having a chance encounter with 5 other manaketes that had the same exact goals she did. Recently, after moving into a new home, she heard tales of Shantae, and aspired to be like her, going so far as to dress like her as well. To this end, she’s even taken up belly dancing, and has incorporated her tail in her dances as well, even going so far as to drag Apophis into dancing with her. The best dancer among manaketes.
• Abilities: As much as she loves turning into a dragon to stop her foes cold at any given moment, her tail packs as much punch as that of a Nidoking’s and she knows it. She can easily swat at foes with her tail and break bones if enough force is put into it, but she generally holds back. Her tail is the only part of her dragon form she can make visible when in human guise, and she can’t get her wings to show, she must revert into her dragon form if she is to fly, but this is fine with her. Unlike the other manaketes she resides with, she has sharper claws than the others and these can easily rip apart flesh in just one stroke, leaving her foes with gashes that must be treated at a hospital. If this fails, she will resort to using her fire breath, which is in between the heat level of that of Aglaia’s magma breath and Apophis’s fire breath.
