Just a sketch that snowballed into this =P
Also a snapshot of Gami, the moment Freya, the first prototype LGD, awoke =P
Not really much to say, except that it's probably the last image Gami will be in with his old hands. You see, in Omnigeddon, the Grei are human, but genetically modified to not be 'perfect' but to patch the numerous evolutionary flaws and to modify the better aspects... One of them that I've tested over and over with sketches and just simply holding a hand ontop of my hand, is instead of having a pinkie, having another palm and thumb.
The Human (and godzilla)'s greatest weapon, the opposible thumb. Doubled. (how much easier would it be to catch and manipulate objects if that pinkie had the rotational and grasping power of a thumb? Hrmm?
--Oh and I really like how omniously looming the LGD logo is =P

what was that movie called? "strange science"? well anyway freya was always my favorite lgd you made. and not just cuz it created a massive influx of lgd art over a short period of time but because you made hir so damn smexxy gami!! it was that one lgd in particular that made me join FA in the end to be honest.
i'll admit that drooling retactable snakeshaft is what got me. as i'm sure it's what got everyone else. one can only ask, just what were you thinking in that perverted mind of yours that made you create hir in the first place?? (personally i blame all the furry and anime herm pics out there in this world but then you probably have your own reasons for it)

I'll have to start off by saying that the addressing of a "palm & thumb" should have been left to just "thumb replacing pinkie" so it wouldn't sound confusing *Smiles*, and now I praise your choice of visual display of yourself & the LGD logo. My friend has created a 4-fingered creature that has 2 thumbs. Take a look:

actually started up from a late LATE night train of thought with my sword in my hand (yes. a sword. not an innuendo =P) and was thinking about the functionality of General Grevious' body after seeing the first released design of him, how it was practically sound and quite efficent, save for the obvious flaw of the organs... That's when I noticed that when his two arms become one, he had two thumbs... I started to play arround with the idea some more, gripping the sword handle with one hand then putting my other hand ontop of it. And it worked!
I've always thought a second thumb instead of a pinky would be a good idea. Just look at bird that have two toes that face backwards, they work wonderfully. You would have a much stronger grasp. Now that I think about it I actually hook my pinky around the wrong side of glasses and some other things like it was a second thumb.
Trippy o.o I get this sense of forward energy as soon as he's done posing like that.. forward as in, right towards the LGD in question >.>

HA i am sure some one has said it above but i didnt read any thing up there. but he looks like one of those crazy guys from a bad movie, that just created something insane, and is now selling it on TV. and Gami has that crazy look in his eye that is just discribeable as freaking awsome... kinda like Christopher Loyde(sp?) XD
That pose demands alotta respect as an artist, very nice. Anyone familiar with WWE Wrestling these days? Cause the pose looks like a wrestler named Randy Orton if anyone knows who that is, now I dont want that seeming like an insult if it does so if it does then yeah, sorry. If take as a compliment then cool =D
