The top three signs are restriction signs seen Before Contact. After Contact, there are four restriction levels in Heliogen Space: Human Exclusive, Organic Exclusive, Heliogen Exclusive, and Inclusive Space that allows Xenosophonts.

The bottom three signs are surveillance level signs seen in Heliogen Space. Unlike our society today, the term "Mass Surveillance" has a different connotation with the Heliogens. This is largely because the system behind Mass Surveillance in Heliogen space is synth controlled and they don't have any agenda other than preventing physical violence between people.

As expected, organic and human exclusive spaces are much less surveilled.
