For those that don't know about this guy, ECNette used to be a scientist that created a machine...a very special one that would turn basic pokemon into an advanced humanoid version. This change would allow pokemon into a more intelligent counterpart that allowed them the ability of speech. However there were some accidents here and there and he ended up transforming into a pokemorph himself.
He re-created and perfected his machine and now he can use his own abilities and powers to be able to power up the machine in his experiments to transform basic pokemon or even humans into pokemorphs like himself. One can only imagine what will be transforming under his touch.
