I've been working on Neons design for a while now and this is the closest I've come to what I feel would be his final look. I made his ears bigger and stripped him of his fur, lol. I also gave him king cheetah stripes, since he's supposed to be a cheetah hybrid. I still can not decide on the color of his eyes so I gave him heterochromia until I finally decide, lol.
