This here is a piece from Peaceful Blaze's story within the MLP FiM world.

This new form actually came to me in a dream but I have no idea why it did. I was having a dream and in the dream I was thinking of giving BlazeVee wings and thinking of a way for him to obtain wings. Later in the dream Blaze's gems started to glow bright red and then shortly after the Water-Sageon markings started to appear and glow bright white on his face. It wasn't long till his eyes glowed a bright white as well and then his entire body glowed white like he was beginning to evolve. His tails then multiply into three and then fans out as his body and snout start to stretch out.

Before my very eyes I saw the glow start to fade and Blaze had taken on this new form. I instantly fell in love with the form and decided to keep it as an official form that is exclusive to BlazeVee. I still am struggling to find out what triggered this sudden transformation but I am so happy that it happened.
