wow, it must be really old then..i suppose the mix of weathering from windows being broken and probably people slipping in over the years and breaking stuff adds up..

anyway, awesome pic...the piano looks like it has rotting teeth o.O

well 70 plus years lack of use and the floor is failing as well so it wouldn't be surpized a spot under it failed
