interesting though others with in the counties of the empire especially riekland home of karl franz vonvishenstine elector count of riekland prince of aldorf emperor of the empire would disagree with this relationship especially the cult of sigmar and more. hell even the clan's of the skaven would disapprove of this to.

true but how long can they keep the secrit for then? there lives will be on the line once it is discovered though the more clever minded lot with in the empire can use said opprautinity to strike a blow at the skaven especially her own clan by using kater to get the info out of her and him acting as spy for the empire get the location of the clan's home turf locked down to deal with at one's convince and to set up a plan of action on dealing with the area they operate in. you know put it on permint modering and watch till opprauinity to strike presents and then attack. though finding a way to hold them prisioner from the other clans etc will be diffacult but manageable never the less. to each there own on that regard.

glad you think that way with the comment of mine etc I am honored. though I had also seen especially on the akami ga kill show for one of the funny moments in which our main guy got licked in the ear by the blond one,(I think she has a crush on him and his ass does not help the fact she has the undying lion for her imperial arms choice) which clames him for her own from the picture here it looks like she is licking him in the ear clamming him as her own though if he has family as well then his sisters along with his own mother and any friends he has who are women will be in danger of her knife if she get's jellous, though she can teach him a few tricks of the trade for self defence etc as well so it all works out one way or the other.



finally what is his roll in the service of the empire anyway? we need to know more on him first before he get's in to the relation with skial also helps on how they would find each other for the first time. I have so many ideas on how that would work out if you want note meh :D

He's a Student of a Law School, following his Fathers wish, but he kinda got forced to it.
Also he's not a fighter. he's shy and intelligent and got an adorable pet rat. He never heard of Skaven as well since almost everyone of the empire does not believe the excistence of Skaven, supressed by the high authority.

ah so he is of the judicial system then that will explain it then for him. and well I don't think those of the empire would surpress any news about the skaven and there exsitnce anyway the rat basterds don't show up frequently enough to cause trouble for the empire that's why they are little known. though the true reason for this is unclear.



idk the lore behind that predictament anyway though I should look it up though to be certan about it. *shrugs.* eather way the rat basterds don't make there moves on the top enough anyway to gain that noterity so that's why they are under the raidar a lot.



though I have a feeling that he could be a good spy master despite his lack of self defence skills. his kowlage of the law and the art of spying could be very usefull there. though his pet rat knows of the skaven anyway and can tip him off to one there.

Well people who know about the Skaven mostly get secretly killed by them anyways or held as slaves. and those who try to tell about them very often get marked as crazy or get locked away by witch hunter and other authorities.

Katers pet rat does not much give away. it would just show that he's on a good toe with rats, that's all. but the smell of rat just makes it more comftable for Skial to handle the human. like there is a familiar smell around him.

And yeah his social position kinda makes him a good spy for the skaven lady and her clan, but due a certain sympathy towards the shy human boy, she tends not to end his life, like normaly.

found the wiki page on them and yea sadlly it is true in regards to them being that way with mankind though the city states at and around tilea know the tale regarding the rat beasts and then some. also the swer watch and other underground patrols and forces would prevent any skaven force from trying that they did last time in trying to stop the empire those guys know the skaven threat well and they prepair every day for there ineveitable return. http://warhammerfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/Skaven




ah so his pet rat would ultimitlly save his life from the first encounter and would be key in the realation ship I wonder if she would care for the pet rat as much she would for him. it will have to be explained as to how he got the rat In the first place.



well it will be usefull for the empire as well though his loyality to the empire will be important to him especially if his father finds her clan's hide out first and lives to tell the authorities about it or one other clan anyway *shrugs.* that one will be needed to be explained more anyway though with this both of them will have to decide rather to stay loyal to there sides and condem each other to die for kater to eather kill skial or let his father die by her hand or what other case may come about or do something compleatlly left field that would work out not only to there own benefit but to keep his father alive and the clan safe. so many possibilities there. still kater is of the empire and will be of the empire till the day he dies though skial can teach him some self defence and help him get a spine. *shrugs.* so many possibilities there so many things.

I can give you something way better to read about, something that goes way deeper in detail than a wiki page. but yeah only the dwarfs and Tileans dont deny Skaven from the begin and rarely tose who frought against them toe on toe and not see them just as rat-like mutants as mostly viewed from all the commoners.

and no not excatly. the little rat pet may made it a bit easier but didn't made a huge impact on that term. And Skial would not care about that little snack. maybe eat it if bored or hungry.

And your ideas might be good for deeper story telling, but that's not the case here right now. It's just a cute story just between them and not the whole empire, his family etc. just him and Skial. And his Father would not be able to find out anything, way to noble to make his hands dirty with it. hed give his son a heartwarming slap in the face and tell him not to belive in such stories to scare little children to behave and concentrade on study lawsuit.

yea they alone if they are not dwarf nor from tilea will have to make there way there to gain any form of support at all and then some and even then the city state and the mercenaries there can only do so much to stop the rat bastrds before having to get the support from the empire and bertonia.



ah I c that poor soul if skial eats him. :c he would miss his pet if she did that. :C




ah ok then looks like went in to the deep to early then. my mistake then but at least it can be concered for the long term and larger story with it. but if it is going to be just them then so be it but one would not be surpised that some of the nobility would and will do that if it will serve there intrests and or the intrests of the empire as a whole if need be. but once again once the story is present all will know then. but hey at least I gave you a great deeper story and theams to work with at your convince and that should be enough.
