I feel like my interpretation went much more down the bat/humanoid line than the manta ray. But so far I'm having fun with these.
I feel like one of my main problems with this one, is how humanoid the Cloaker actually looks. I know that's a silly complaint but it still applies.

Cloakers. While in a resting state a cloakers are almost indistinguishable from a common cloak, or wall hanging, depending on the type. (Hence the name) They use this as there advantage to ambush victims.
There preferred method of attack is to engulf the target with it's large barbed wings, and Assault the captive with it's large jaws or whip like tail/tongue.
