Kaolid, shortened as Kao is the term attributed to any existing species that have changed either through magic, curses or body modifications to something that is unrecognizable from their origin. Not all Kao are evil, but they are feared as their powers and sentinent levels are unpredictable.
Raä is a rather young kao cursed in a very young age. He still has some growing up to do, and some things to develop but it seems that the young boy is around 8 feet. He's pretty smart and conscious of things around him, however he cannot speak for too long or long words, as it gives him a sore throat.
He also has a tiny bunbranch pet, it's his loyal companion since he was a normal kid.
