The real name is Sun Wukong and her is a monkey god from the Chinese novel "Journey to the West".

there was this animation done on him, his adventures before becoming a god i think, back in the early sixties or late fifties it was made. It was on the weird channel in california when i saw parts of it. You're very accomplished for pencil then photoshop.
