The Link is the Free Base yes, Mine however contains the extra Genitalia that came with the 10$ reference guide so I wouldn't be to sure on that

I asked the Vilous Team Directly Through twitter about using the reference sheet to colour over for our own characters before doing so, they said yes that was its intention

Ehhhh maybe. But the one you are showing here is the NSFW version, which is paid content. You should consider erasing out the part with the genitalia and the sergal children, which will make it back to the "free" version. It is only fair to the Vilous team, in my opinion.

yea it not directly accurate but I chose Eastern as my digi suit and my body frame suit a larger eastern better than a skinny southern ^_^

Well, don't forget, as our friends have pointed out, Eastern Sergals often dye their entire bodies with exotic colours to stand out, due to their similar, shared culture with Southerners~!
