When you already have ridiculously large breasts you can't really risk getting a bit of a tummy growth also. (Or you have to be prepared that your clothes will be revealing more then they are covering.)
Seems to be the case of Anastasia now who just has to either start going on a diet, or find a way to shrink down her breasts. (And we all know that the breasts wont be altered at all!)
