Kal, the depth, and styling of all of your characters is something that truly sets you apart from the crowd. I mean it when I say that I don't think there is any artist tat I have seen who portrays paws just like you do. The thickness of the paw pads ALWAYS has an amount of depth and shading to them that really showcases the finest details of your work. This is easily one of my favorite pieces from you, and I believe the choice of having a blank background was a very appropriate choice here, and it worked very well! It focuses all the attention on Aleutia, and boy does she deserve it!)

Oooo - comes so much more alive in the colour version; the eyes in particular are a really good contrast to the body colour. Hee... still love those super cute footpaws too - such a cute sole and a fun way to pose them.

I really couldn't leave this as lineart! Yes, I think the feet benefited greatly from some shading.

Thanks! Yep, this is my usual marker coloring. Which has become less usual lately since I began practicing with digital :P They both have they're own look that can't be replicated though!
