slither did me a huge favor, and I told him I'd repay him with a picture. It's sometimes tricky capturing his characters in art for me, because he tends to favor a more cartoony style than I do, but I gave it my best! Here, his character Cellina takes a moment to look out of her apartment window, enjoying the sound of rain, a nice drink, and the company of herself. It's the small pleasures that make life wonderful.
(... I ended up going for something waaaaaay more ambitious than I planned. This took about three times as long as I initially figured it would, and made me break down at least once, but it was worth it. I got stuck on the background, and that alone ate up a day. It was initially going to be a full cityscape, but it became pretty clear that something like that would require a lot more time than I had to devote to this. Once I decided on the rain approach, though, it went pretty quick.)
