YES! IT TALKS. I HIT THE CEILING WHEN I SAW IT AND PRE-ORDERED IT LIKE 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. OH NO. THAT WAND HAS BEEN OPENED AND PLAYED WITH LOL. I just display it in the box because it gets too dusty here in like,.. half an hour.... I bought a lot of the interactive toys when they came out last year and my wallet is still recovering. OTL

I'm jealous of your Syaoran figure lol. I REALLY Want to get that one but its like $100 for a legit one and I rarely buy anything that pricey,.. even though he's cool as heck, ahhh. I love your posters too, I don't have any posters...

DON'T WORRY I DID THE SAME THING WITH THE SCALE FIGURES. I saw an image of the prototypes floating around and pretty much stalked AmiAmi until they went up for preorder.
I'm not proud of how much I spent on them but I'd be lying if I said I regretted it, lol. CCS is just a bit of a constant for me so I'm always willing to spend more than I should on merch. ;;

But yeah, back on topic!
I usually use paint markers for the base colors and acrylics for the details (lines, shading, etc). I have a progress shot here, it's a pretty blobby mess before the lines go on:

I'm so glad you have them though,.. are they as awesome as they look? They're well worth the price imo from the size and pictures. (I just tend to collect cheap trading figures lol.) Same here, CCS will always hold a special place in my heart (And my collection lol) It's got so much charm! I totally feel ya.

Wow, thats so cool though! I really like these custom GBA cases! Do you just customize the cases or do you also customize the components like with a raspberri pi(?) and stuff?

I can't do much with the components just yet, mostly just backlights/frontlights/LED mods. For now I'm only following tutorials, but I'd love to learn how it all actually works.
My dream mod is a Game Boy Zero, which actually IS a Rasperry Pi stuffed inside a GB shell. It can emulate everything from NES to GBA so I'd get a lot more use out of it. <3

And yeah, they're super cool in person! I had never spent that much on figures before so I was worried I might be disappointed once they arrived. Totally not the case. :D
