I first found out about this guy through a Wikipedia article I saw back when I was in college that, sadly, I can't seem to find anymore. At the time, I was looking for a cryptozoological creature to play as in a game of Spirit of the Century. The GM really wanted me to go with this guy, but I ended up making a fishman instead.
