It was drawn as a tattoo design for a Role Play character that was a certain type of vampire. He could shift into the form of a tiger at will, but while in vampiric form, he was vulnerable to all things that normal vampires suffer through.

AND NO, HE DOESN'T SPARKLE!

The art style is something I have never seen anyone but myself do, and even though it's not really called as such, I refer to it as a Tribal Design, or Tribal Blade Design.
