Two men are lost in a desert. They have been wandering for a very long time and have no more food or water so they are very close to death. They don’t give up because they believe they will find an oasis or some other kind of sustenance.
Finally, off in the distance they see a tree. As they approach they notice something very peculiar. This tree isn’t growing leaves… it’s growing all sorts of crispy, delicious, life-giving BACON!! Naturally, they are both starving and although the one friend is too weak to follow, the other takes off running. Then, just as he gets five feet from this glorious tree, a gunshot is heard and he falls to the ground bleeding.
“What happened?” His friend yells up to him.
He replies “Run…. It’s not a Bacon Tree at all….”
“It’s a hambush.”
