ALSO, despite the "by" in the title that is an unnecessary and inappropriate pun on the tertiary compass direction north-by-northwest and I drew the picture. On a few commissions I observed that the character was identified as "narth" and I eventually realized people were interpreting the title as identifying "narthex," despite its similarity to the presumed character name, as the name of some artist other than me, that presumably was thought not worth looking up on account of having drawn a reference for the likes of me!

I could CHANGE the title but then I would need to think of one and would also not have an excuse to divulge that stupid story.
