Nice painting! The anatomy and composition is good, and the colour is nice on the eyes. If you wanted to make it look more cute, I suggest making the iris bigger, as there's a little too much of the sclera showing at the moment. You may want to try adding more shading and highlights to the eyes, as the eyes are what people tend to be drawn to when looking at the face.
I think the hair stands out a little in comparison to the rest of the painting - all hair strands are visible, but that's not the case for the fur on her body. Try to work on unifying the painting method. ^^
