Ketamine, a dragon who can control your mind

Abilities: Dissociation, Distortion, Mind-control.
He's got the capability of mind subordination, and not that many beings are able to resist it, unless they're either strong enough to do it or too primitive for any conscious activity.
Effects: dissociation, "creating" of parallel worlds, disappearing reality, compressed, accelerated time, visuals, traces, echoes, hallucinations, complete loss of control and any existence awareness, "free flight", euphoria, chatting with imaginary critters and lots of other things Leicester will do to anyone if he wants to, or if he is asked to, as usual, he gladly agrees.
Backstory: He lived together with his family, consisting of his younger sister and their parents. Eventually, being a teenager, he started to realize something was going wrong with the others (friends, strangers, even family members) while he was somewhere nearby. Sometimes they responded rather weird to his emotions, feelings, mood, later even to his usual thoughts. Day after day, it was getting more and more unbearable, and to save himself from further deterioration, Leicester started to try controlling this madness. At first, he failed over and over again, sometimes losing his control or memory completely, a couple of times almost killing himself because of a sudden panic attack. But as time went by, slowly his training began to bring some succeed, even though it was still hard and fairly dangerous. One day, during yet another practice, Leicester accidentally demented a special guest from a neighbouring area, and completely crazy dragon nearly made the two regions clash in conflict by talking utter nonsence at the negotiations. Not long after, Leicester, now calling himself Ketamine, decided to leave the Akku continent before he brought more serious trouble for his relatives or anyone else. On the way he met his future best friend Aspirine [link] , who left a competing region, Elai'kea, not long ago. Now they wander everywhere together and bring chaos or relief at their will, just for entertainment...
Turquoise feathers on his head and near the cheeks are constantly changing colour, turning it into pitch black when Ketamine sleeps. Feathers on his chest have metallic blue shade. Also there are extremely razors on his wing claws.
Music style: psybient, dark ambient
