Periwinkle is a kind breezy of the Seelie Court who volunteered to scout the pony realm.
Pony life fascinates her, and seeing a healthy, loving family brings more joy than the little fairy
could carry. She will likely present fruitful gifts and service to these families and ensure they live
peacefully before moving on to the next. Periwinkle is watchful for the families who are not so
healthy and treat their infants poorly. In which case, she reports to the Queens and awaits
discussion of which courts will take the foal.

Though she takes her job seriously and to heart, Periwinkle is shy to the extent of hiding from
any pony's view. Speaking to the Queens intimidate her, and is one of the reasons why she
dreads finding an awful family.
