It might be, I know this one Chinese business here that does these like rip-offs and steals sona designs to put on inflatables....or maybe it's a costume one, but I agree, it looks A LOT like him.

Well Jets isn't doing one'off directly. They say contact Puffy about this (they will be handling custom toys)... Hopefully they will get there new website up soon.
